BOOKING

All appointments are scheduled through the online booking system. This ensures accurate availability and a simple booking process at any time.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to respect the next client’s scheduled time. Full session pricing still applies.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

This keeps the schedule consistent and ensures each reserved time is respected and available as intended.

PAYMENT

A credit card is required on file unless the appointment is prepaid at the time of booking.

Payment is due at the time of service. Cards on file will be charged for late cancellations and no-shows in accordance with the policy above.

PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES

All sessions are strictly therapeutic in nature.

Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or requests outside the scope of therapeutic massage will result in immediate termination of the session. The full session fee will still be charged.

Respectful, professional conduct is required at all times.

HEALTH & INTAKE

Please disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, or changes prior to your session so treatment can be adjusted appropriately and safely.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Service may be declined or discontinued at any time if a session is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the scope of therapeutic care.
